GROW My Future was created to address a critical gap facing today’s youth—one that is becoming more urgent in an era of rapid workforce disruption, technological change, and increasing uncertainty about the future of work. Young people are being asked to make life-shaping decisions in a world where career paths are no longer linear, yet too often they are given little support to understand themselves, adapt to change, or navigate what comes next with confidence.
In most high schools, access to career counseling is limited, and students are left navigating questions of identity, purpose, and possibility on their own. GROW exists to change that. We provide a structured yet deeply personal curriculum that helps students understand who they are, what matters to them, and how their strengths can translate into meaningful futures—no matter how the world of work continues to evolve.
Our program centers on self-discovery, exploration, and agency. Students reflect on their values, interests, personality, and skills, while also gaining practical tools to explore careers, understand workplace culture, prepare for postsecondary pathways, and make informed decisions aligned with their goals. This self-knowledge becomes a durable foundation, allowing students to remain adaptable, resilient, and motivated as industries shift and new opportunities emerge.
GROW is intentionally designed to be accessible and scalable. Our plug-and-play curriculum allows educators in schools and nonprofit organizations to facilitate powerful student experiences without added instructional burden. With intuitive lesson plans, short instructional videos, and an online platform, any trained educator can deliver GROW with fidelity and ease.
At its core, GROW believes that when young people develop self-awareness and a sense of ownership over their future, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Students stay engaged, communities grow stronger, and society benefits from a generation of adaptable, purpose-driven contributors prepared to thrive in a changing world.
Together, we grow futures.
