About Us
F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.
F4F was incubated at Mulago, Fast Forward, NSRCEL-IIMB, The Nudge Institute and Shakti - The Empathy Project. Our work has been supported by several organizations including Accenture, ACT Grants, Opus Software Solutions, Rainmatter Foundation and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies.

Job Description
Account Executive
We are hiring an Account Executive to manage client accounts, handle billing activities, and support smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts and day-to-day coordination.
Prepare and process invoices accurately.
Follow up on payments and support collections.
Maintain records of transactions and accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and updates.
File and maintain invoice hard copies properly.
Handle basic reporting and documentation tasks.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Accounts, Billing, and Invoicing processes.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email handling, and basic documentation.
Strong attention to detail with an organized and systematic working style.

Annual CTC: ₹2.16 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)
