About Us

F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.

F4F was incubated at Mulago, Fast Forward, NSRCEL-IIMB, The Nudge Institute and Shakti - The Empathy Project. Our work has been supported by several organizations including Accenture, ACT Grants, Opus Software Solutions, Rainmatter Foundation and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies.

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and systems-oriented professional to support curriculum refinement, pedagogy development, experiential learning design, and implementation frameworks across biodiversity, agroforestry, and science-based learning initiatives. The role will work closely with internal teams to strengthen learning outcomes, engagement effectiveness, and curriculum impact through structured and measurable approaches.

  • Review and refine existing curriculum drafts across Urban Biodiversity, Horticulture & Agroforestry, and Mobile Science Lab initiatives

  • Help structure curriculum into logical modules and learning journeys

  • Develop pedagogical approaches that improve engagement, participation, and retention

  • Build clear Theory of Change frameworks for each curriculum area

  • Define inputs, activities, outputs, and intended outcomes for each module

  • Support development of measurable indicators for learning and behavioural outcomes

  • Design monitoring, feedback, survey, and assessment frameworks around curriculum implementation

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify what is working on-ground and where curriculum needs modification

  • Help translate curriculum into immersive and experiential engagement formats

  • Support facilitator and engagement team readiness through guidance on delivery approaches and learning methods

  • Recommend improvements based on field observations, participant feedback, and implementation realities


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in pedagogy, experiential learning, curriculum implementation, education design, or related fields

  • Strong understanding of learning design and behavioural outcomes beyond traditional classroom teaching

  • Experience building or working with Theory of Change frameworks and measurable learning outcomes

  • Ability to break down learning journeys into structured modules, activities, and engagement flows

  • Experience designing monitoring, feedback, or assessment frameworks for educational or engagement programs

  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect pedagogy with implementation realities

  • Comfort working with interdisciplinary teams across ecology, agriculture, education, and community engagement

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills

  • Interest in biodiversity, climate, sustainability, agroforestry, or nature-based learning environments is strongly preferred
