F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.

Job Description
The Senior Manager – Tech Partnerships will lead the implementation of AI-based technology projects in collaboration with partner organizations. This role involves understanding partner needs, coordinating data collection, ensuring smooth project execution, and supporting communication with technology funders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology implementation, AI applications, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-based technology projects with partner organizations.
Understand partners’ interventions and service requirements to plan complete implementation.
Coordinate drone and ground data collection activities with field teams and partners.
Collaborate with the AI team for data analysis and present insights and results to partners.
Coordinate with technology donors and funders to share required updates, reports, and data.
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs and seamless coordination between internal and external teams.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing tech products, product management, or stakeholder coordination.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI and data-driven solutions.
Academic background in Engineering, Statistics, or related technical fields.
Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple tasks, and ensure results through effective collaboration.
