About Us

F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.

Job Description

The Senior Manager – Data Quality and Operations will be responsible for overseeing data management, validation, and operational quality across field and central teams. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of project data while strengthening coordination between data quality, field operations, and finance units. The Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance, supervise data teams, streamline workflows, and ensure that high data standards are consistently met to support decision-making and reporting for large-scale field programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce data validation protocols, quality assurance processes, and reporting standards across all data collection activities.

  • Review, audit, and approve data validation outputs from associates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.

  • Develop data verification checklists and implement systematic approaches for document scrutiny and digital record validation.

  • Supervise and mentor the Data Quality Associates and Field Monitors to enhance capacity, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Coordinate between the data, field operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Design data collection plans in coordination with the field team and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.

  • Ensure that all data and document verification processes meet internal and donor audit requirements.


Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools (knowledge of coding, Power BI, or Looker Studio is an advantage).

  • Ability to analyze and manage data with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field audits and monitoring.
