About Us
F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.
F4F was incubated at Mulago, Fast Forward, NSRCEL-IIMB, The Nudge Institute and Shakti - The Empathy Project. Our work has been supported by several organizations including Accenture, ACT Grants, Opus Software Solutions, Rainmatter Foundation and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies.
We have also featured on DW TV and Scroll's Eco India series as well as DW Hindi. We have also been selected as one of India's top innovators working in the ecosystem restoration and conservation sector by the World Economic Forum.
Job Description
The Data Quality Associate will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and consistency, supporting operational workflows, and coordinating with various teams. The role involves document verification and field visits for occasional engagement with farmers to collect data and provide support for related tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Document Verification and Data Scrutiny: Review and validate data from scanned documents to ensure consistency and correctness, supporting field operations and finance-related tasks as needed.
Manage, organize, and analyze data efficiently using MS Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring updates are accurate and timely.
Collaborate with the field operations team to gather data, maintain detailed records, and ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct occasional field visits to verify data and engage with farmers. Assist the call center team in data collection and addressing queries.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to contribute beyond defined roles.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data validation tools
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze and manage data with a focus on accuracy and quality
Comfortable conducting occasional field visits and engaging with farmers
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
