We're a small, fast-moving team that has grown 60% year-over-year, with over $180M donated through the platform to date. Our infrastructure is funded by philanthropists, including Camp.org and the Fidelity Charitable Catalyst Fund, so nonprofits can use Every.org for free.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic, AI-native Growth Marketing Manager (3–5 years' experience) who can quickly and independently produce a high volume of smart, compelling content and campaigns.
This is not a "manage a big team" role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-build role. You will start out as a marketing team of one and be well-positioned for professional growth as we continue to scale. You’ll report directly to the President and work closely with Product and Partnerships.

- Extremely comfortable using AI tools to draft, test, and iterate on content fast
- Obsessed with growth metrics
- A great storyteller
- Curious, experimental, and scrappy
- Excited to ship, learn, improve, repeat
What You’ll Do
1. Ship content fast and often
- Use AI tools to draft social posts, landing pages, emails, blog posts, ads, and campaign materials
- Rapidly test messaging angles and formats
- Turn complex product features (stock, crypto, DAF giving) into simple, compelling stories
- Maintain consistent brand voice across channels
2. Drive nonprofit & donor growth
- Execute digital campaigns (email, SEO, paid, social)
- Identify repeatable acquisition channels
- Run experiments on a weekly basis
- Optimize conversion across key moments in the donor journey
3. Measure what matters
- Track and report on KPIs (nonprofit signups, donor activity, repeat giving)
- Use analytics tools to understand what’s working
- Make data-informed recommendations and implement changes quickly
4. Collaborate across the team
- Work closely with Product to align launches with growth campaigns
- Support Partnerships with marketing assets and collateral
- Partner with Customer Support to identify friction points
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or content-led growth in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to increase traffic, conversions, or engagement
- Advanced comfort using AI tools to generate and refine marketing content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media platforms, CRMs, etc.)
- Self-directed and comfortable operating without a heavy structure
Bonus if you:
- Have worked at a startup, FinTech, or nonprofit tech company
- Care deeply about social impact
- Love experimenting with AI to improve workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $140,000
