Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Growth & Marketing to help us reach millions more people and nonprofits. Reporting to the President and CEO, you’ll lead strategy and execution across growth, marketing, and partnerships — crafting the stories, campaigns, and systems that make generosity contagious. This is a senior role for someone who loves to build, experiment, and turn big ideas into measurable results.
About the Role
You’ll take the lead on growing the Every.org community — nonprofits, donors, and partners — through creative campaigns and smart, data-driven strategy.
- Expand nonprofit partnerships: Build and scale strategies that bring more nonprofits onto Every.org and help them thrive on the platform.
- Grow donor activity: Use digital outreach (SEO, paid, social, email) to spark new donations and repeat giving.
- Build the brand: Shape our voice, messaging, and visual presence. Tell compelling stories that raise awareness of Every.org among donors, nonprofits, corporations, and foundations.
- Optimize performance: Track KPIs, uncover insights, and guide the team to double down on what works.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and operations/customer support to make sure growth efforts align with our mission and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute growth strategies tied to organizational goals and impact metrics.
- Use analytics to find opportunities, measure results, and inform next steps.
- Manage digital acquisition and engagement channels (SEO, paid ads, social, email, virtual events/webinars) and strategic partnerships.
- Run experiments — fast — to refine campaigns, test ideas, and improve the user journey.
- Build, mentor, and support the partnerships team; foster a curious, data-driven, and creative growth culture.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in growth marketing, creative digital campaigns, or partnerships — ideally at the intersection of tech, startups, and social impact.
- 2–3 years leading teams or major cross-functional projects.
- A track record of growth — you’ve built and executed marketing strategies that moved real numbers.
- Comfort diving into analytics and tools, marketing automation systems, and CRMs (Google Analytics, Statsig, SendGrid, HubSpot, etc.) and using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills — you can turn data and insights into stories that inspire people to take action.
- A hands-on builder: You’re excited to experiment, ship quickly, and learn fast.
