The Digital CRM Associate will manage deal flow and ensure seamless HubSpot operations. This role involves coordinating client communications, managing ticket queues, and configuring HubSpot workflows to meet the diverse needs of groups across Enveritas. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this is a full-time fully remote role requiring work during Central European Time Zone hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage deal flow and HubSpot operations, collaborating with teams to streamline client communications and internal workflows. You’ll also drive HubSpot feature development, working both independently and with your teammates.

  • Deal Flow Management: Manage daily deal flow in HubSpot, ensuring smooth pipeline progression and accurate client data tracking. Keep key stakeholders informed on status and progress.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Partnerships, Operations, and Impact teams to optimize HubSpot workflows, triage tickets, and route critical communications to the appropriate teams.
  • HubSpot Configuration and Improvements: Drive improvements in HubSpot by implementing new features, automating workflows, and optimizing ticketing systems.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Partnerships from time to time.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct experience with HubSpot or 4+ years with a comparable CRM.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing customer relations or working in a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in client interactions. Proficiency in Spanish or a second language is a plus.
  • Experience with process automation in a CRM, including workflows and task automation.
  • Strong data modeling skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective CRM structures (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, including creating reports and data analysis.

If you don’t think you meet all of the qualifications but do think you’d be a great match for us, please consider applying and sharing more in your cover letter. We’d love to talk with you to see what skills you can bring to our team. This said, we are most likely to be interested in your candidacy if you can demonstrate the majority of the qualifications listed above.

Who You Are

Our team is fully distributed, so you should be comfortable working remotely. This is a full-time individual contributor role. While you can be located anywhere, you’ll need to work Central European Time zone hours, Monday through Friday.

You thrive in dynamic environments where operational and business needs can change quickly. You enjoy not only solving problems but also uncovering and making sense of ambiguous challenges. You should be comfortable working both independently and as a thoughtful collaborator.
