Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Marketing Communications Manager at EnCiv. The position will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to help EnCiv engage and grow their network of supporters by first focusing on EnCiv.org website. They will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create impactful content that resonates with the People
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to inform communication and marketing strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with graphic design and media production is a plus
• Ability to separate personal political bias to generate content the promotes collaboration and unity of people from all ideological persuasions.
