The Global Institute is seeking an AI Specialist to advance Teach For All’s AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC), a flagship program connecting teachers, alumni, and staff across 63 Teach For All Network Partners who are shaping how AI transforms education.

Responsibilities

  • Program management: driving delivery of the AI AAA Series and other AI LCC programming, and developing partnerships with frontier AI companies.
  • Community facilitation and growth: building and scaling the AI LCC community across WhatsApp and other platforms, designing learning circles, and identifying power-users.
  • AI integration and innovation: piloting AI-driven tools to summarize, translate, and resource the community at scale.
  • Ethical AI dialogue: facilitating safe-space conversations on data privacy, bias, and responsible adoption.
  • Operations, analytics, and content: tracking community and program health metrics, and producing mobile-first multimedia content.

Skillset

  • Experience managing program delivery and/or building, scaling, and managing high-engagement digital communities, particularly on social-first platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord
  • Demonstrated experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models, empowering members to take ownership rather than relying on top-down moderation
  • Experience developing partnerships, ideally with technology or AI companies
  • Deep, hands-on experience with foundation models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) and practical prompt engineering skills in educational or professional contexts
  • Experience creating multimedia content (video, graphics, guides) and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
  • Comfort using data and community analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and learning outcomes
  • Experience working across global, cross-cultural, and multi-time-zone contexts
  • Strong alignment with Teach For All’s mission and a commitment to educational equity
  • Spanish fluency or working proficiency is a plus
