This is a senior, cross-cutting role at the heart of DPA’s growth. As Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you will lead the organization’s external funding strategy and relationship development, identifying opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and cultivating the partnerships that enable our mission. You will be supported by development officers and program staff, and work closely with Directors and Project Managers across the organization.

Skillset
Required:
- Graduate degree in International Development or Affairs, Communications, International Relations, Business, or other related fields
- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in fundraising and/or partnership development, with thematic focus in development, humanitarian assistance, human rights, gender, social inequality, public policy, and related topics
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and deadlines
- English fluency is required. Candidates must also be professionally proficient in Spanish or French; fluency in both is highly desirable given the regions DPA works in.
- Experience working across cultures and with globally distributed teams
- Advanced knowledge of project budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort with online collaboration tools
- Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote environment
