Confidentiality and Discretion: Learn the importance of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive information related to the CEO’s agenda and company operations.
Your Objectives & Contributions
Administrative Support
Assist in day-to-day tasks related to the organization and logistics of meetings, presentations and virtual calls of the CEO.
Provide support to the preparation of background research, documents and slide decks related to the CEO’s meetings.
Help with the admin tasks related to the Stichting.
Provide support in screening and managing the group mailbox (info, CEO, media, etc.) as needed.
Generate reports and manage correspondence.
Event Management
Facilitate the organization of events by providing logistical support.
Support the CyberPeace Institute in carrying out its day-to-day activities in fostering relationships with the community and other stakeholders.
Your Experience, Skills & Attribute
Ongoing studies in The Hague relevant to responsibilities, like in (cyber) security studies, public management, international relations or other relevant fields.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Strong planning and organizational skills especially when it comes to international events.
Pays attention to details and maintains a systematic and structured approach.
Proven admin, assistant or event planning experience is an asset.
Problem-solving skills and having the ability to multitask.
Demonstrates an understanding of the basic principles of public relations and excellent interpersonal skills with external partners from varied backgrounds.
Knowledge of full MS Office Package, especially Excel.
Flexible, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a multinational team.
Demonstrated commitment to work in NGOs - nonprofit sector.

Requirement: tripartite internship convention/agreement preferred but applicants who finalized their educational program will also be considered
