The Opportunity

The Chief of Staff will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership, with a deep understanding of technology and professional services. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing complex technology projects, operational improvements, and client-facing services, ensuring alignment between executive priorities and team execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, supporting strategic planning and operational execution for software and professional services initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including product development, system integrations, and service delivery enhancements, with a focus on SMS, chatbot, and case management platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Manage executive communications, prepare leadership briefings, and facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery.
  • Guide the implementation of new technology solutions and professional services, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Support the leadership team in scaling the organization, managing change, and adapting to rapid technological advancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, SaaS, or professional services, with a proven track record in project management, operations, or strategic roles.
  • Experience with managing technology teams, product launches, or service delivery projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in B2B software
  • Background in Consulting Services or Professional Implementation Services
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with operational metrics, data reporting, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Advanced degree is preferred

Preferred

  • Proven success in technology-driven companies or professional services firms.
  • Experience with scaling technology solutions, managing client relationships, and driving innovation.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, API integrations, and data analytics/reporting.
