About CodeYogi Foundation
CodeYogi Foundation empowers millions of Indian students who lack access to computers to learn professional coding and confidently pursue careers in technology. We're building a mobile-first, AI-powered learning platform — because 90% of students in tier-2/3 cities only have phones, not laptops.
We've reached 295K+ students across 9 states, with 48.6% girls. Our students build real web apps, advance to competitive programs, and land tech careers — all learning on smartphones.
We're a small, high-impact team of 17+ people, scaling fast. We need someone to help keep operations running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for a Management Trainee to join our team. This is a growth-oriented role designed for people who learn fast, take initiative, and want to make an impact.

Task Ownership (30%)
- Own assigned tasks end-to-end, from planning to completion
- Follow through without reminders
- Report progress and outcomes, not just activity
- Close loops and confirm completion
Problem-Solving (25%)
- Identify issues and propose solutions (don't just report problems)
- Use data and analysis to support decisions
- Test ideas, iterate based on results
- Learn from what doesn't work
Communication & Coordination (25%)
- Write clear emails, updates, and documents
- Coordinate across teams when needed
- Keep stakeholders informed proactively
- Escalate issues appropriately
Learning & Growth (20%)
- Pick up new skills and tools quickly
- Ask good questions and apply feedback
- Seek opportunities to contribute beyond your assigned work
- Document what you learn for others

- Trusted by team — You're the person people count on
