Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Chimple, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience for children. Your work will provide actionable insights into app performance, user engagement, and educational outcomes, helping us optimize our platform and achieve our mission to empower young learners.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze user data to track app engagement, identify trends, and improve learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Perform A/B testing on app features and educational content.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and curriculum teams to align on KPIs and goals.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Continuously monitor figures such as CLTV and Churn rates
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with statistical tools like Python, R, or Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or familiarity with educational technology.
  • Knowledge of app analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Firebase.
  • Understanding of child-focused content or user behavior in educational settings.
