About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager – Engagement and Gamification to lead the design and implementation of interactive features that captivate young learners and enrich teaching experiences. This is a unique opportunity to merge creativity with data-driven decision-making to transform primary education through engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Define the vision and roadmap for gamified features to drive user engagement and learning.
  • Development: Build features like rewards, leaderboards, quizzes, and teacher-student collaboration tools.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers, educators, and engineers to ensure intuitive, impactful products.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze KPIs and user feedback to optimize features and improve outcomes.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of trends in EdTech and gamification to refine and innovate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in product management, preferably in EdTech or gamification-focused roles.
  • Skills: Expertise in gamified feature development, user-centric design, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creativity, and passion for education and child-focused technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience with gamification frameworks and tools for classroom management.
  • Knowledge of cognitive and developmental principles in children’s learning.
