Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Handling TA operations for the recruitment team, which includes maintaining candidate pipeline trackers, and coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Source top-quality candidates from various job portals
• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with any interview issues
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through different methodologies
• Assist in HR data analytics and report generation
  
  

About Company: Chimple is a product of Sutara Learning Foundation whose mission is to build a gamified, personalized, and adaptive learning system that guides a child from absolutely no knowledge of the alphabet to a stage where the child can read to learn and perform basic arithmetic.
