Black Sisters in STEM (BLACK SIS) is on a mission to build the largest talent pipeline of Black college women in STEM while preparing them with cultural competency, technical skillsets, and inclusive leadership skills to meet the demands of the emergent workforce. We are the premier nonprofit organization committed to digitizing and developing the world’s best talent with a focus on Black women. We have built the largest digital ecosystem and academy of Black college women in STEM (Finance, Machine Learning/AI, and Software Engineering). The uniqueness of the BLACK SIS model lies in the infusion of the “essence of Black women,” “digital skills,” and "intersectionality" built into the fabric of the organization.
