Job Description
We already have strong traction on the sales of the product and are looking to take someone to the next level.
- Lead Management -
- Respond quickly to leads on Facebook, Viber, Messenger, and Whatsapp
- Qualify, nurture, and convert leads through calls, emails, meetings into sales - Marketing collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Educate clients on Sienna, net-zero homes, energy savings and financing options - Data and insights
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities and present in weekly meetings
- Suggest A/B testings based on data insights - Customer Experience
- Conduct tours at show flat
- Build rapport with leads and build customer profiles - Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Experience with Facebook Sales and Ads Manager
- 2+ years of experience in online and tele-sales (real estate, housing, financial services, or related industries preferred).
- Maintain spreadsheets and data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog
- This position will require communication with customers on weekends and outside of regular work hours, up to 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
