Basta is expanding its presence in Philadelphia, and this role will sit at the intersection of the city’s talent and employer ecosystem. As the Philadelphia Partnership Manager, you will bring lived experience in and around Philadelphia and a strong understanding of its neighborhoods, institutions, and employers to shape Basta’s local presence from day one. You will lead relationship management, partner engagement, and community activation tailored to the city’s context, while playing a key role in launching and sustaining a high-impact Advisory Board in collaboration with the Philadelphia GreenLight Fund.
