The Data & Analytics Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Basta’s teams by transforming complex data into actionable insights that advance our mission. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and data-driven solutions, ensuring that every analysis, visualization, and data system you build directly informs program design, performance monitoring, and organizational decision-making.
