Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Finance and Accounting. The position is based in Omaha, NE, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and applying analytical skills to ensure the financial health of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
• Experience with managing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with relevant financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
• Experience in non-profit financial management is beneficial
