Actuate is a new kind of nonprofit, formed to contribute a fresh approach to society’s critical challenges. We aspire to create fresh, practical, potent approaches that address make-or-break problems and help put us on a course to a better future. We catalyze this future by designing and running solutions R&D programs that create breakthroughs. Our focus today includes climate change mitigation, data privacy, and renewing our democracy.
