Job Title: Grants Assistant Intern

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated high school student to join our team as a Grants Assistant Intern. This is a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable experience in the field of non-profit work and make a positive impact on their community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for non-profit work and a desire to learn about the grants management process.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and reports
Conduct research on potential funding sources
Help manage the grants calendar and deadlines
Maintain accurate records and databases of grant information
Collaborate with other team members on grant projects
Attend and provide support at grant-related meetings and events
Requirements:
Strong writing and research skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Google Suite
This is a part-time, unpaid internship. However, the Grants Assistant Intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience. Many of our interns have gone on to attend Princeton, UC Berkeley, MIT, and work at various organizations and companies like Apple and DraftKings.

For deaf, hard-of-hearing, and non-English speaking communities, direct and quick access to 911 emergency services is not possible in parts of the United States. accesSOS programs are apps developed to provide communities the access they need to communicate with emergency services. Services are free to those who need them.
